About Dino

Dino The Tailor, as he prefers to be known, has an impeccable reputation. His craftsmanship has donned the shoulders of many famous figures such as Chuck Daly, Gregory Peck, Elin Nordegren, Bridgitte Bardot, Jerry Vale, Joe Dumars, Muhammad Ali, and many more.

History

"I love what I do...how can I not? I make people look good every single day."

Dino became a household name back in 1968. While he was in Athens, Greece, singer Jerry Vale came to former clothing store Kosins. Harry Kosins, the shop owner, noticed Vale's clothes and Vale told Kosins that they were made by a tailor in Greece. Harry Kosins then brought Dino to America to become his head fitter on Griswold in Detroit.

Expertise

"In the old days a tailor in Europe had to go to school to learn his trade... That is why European tailors from the old school are the best"

Dino was among the best tailors in Athens, where he attended design school for two years and another design school in Paris for one year. Chuck Daly, Dino's former client, referred to him as "Dino with the golden hands."

Commitment

"I like giving back, too. It is a way of thanking my customers for their loyalty over the years"

Dino remains committed to ensuring the best fit for all clients. His personal service goes beyond what is expected which is why many of his clients are repeat customers.
